Who We Are

Oak Lane Retrievers is owned and operated by Kristy Bowditch. I have been raising and breeding top quality all purpose British/Irish Labrador Retrievers for the past 22 years. I grew up in a family who owned labs as family, and hunting companions, and fell in love with their loyalty, great temperaments, and good looks.

Oak Lane Retrievers is a small kennel producing only 5 to 6 litters per year. We raise quality Black, Yellow and Chocolate Lab puppies. We strive to produce an all purpose Labrador retriever which to us means a dog who is just as happy laying at you feet with your family watching T.V as they are either in the field as a trusted hunting companion, or fetching a stick with your family in the back yard. We put an emphasis on breeding puppies with intelligence, health, great looks and a special emphasis on TEMPERAMENT!!
